By Road:
From M25:
Take
Junction 10, A3 exit, up the A3 towards London. Take the A244 junction (the 2nd junction - signposted to Sandown Park
and Esher). Turn left onto A244 and follow the road into Esher. In the town
centre turn right at the traffic lights, following signs for Sandown Park racecourse and the A307 to Kingston.
Drive past Sandown Park and at the Scilly Isles double roundabout continue straight over along the A307 (Portsmouth
Road) towards Kingston. The Old Cranleighan Club is 500 yards on the left, immediately
after the long railway bridge and across the common (not visible from the road).
From London (A3):
Come off the A3
onto A309 immediately after the Hook exit (signposted to Sandown Park and Hampton Court). Go straight on at the roundabout and straight on over the traffic lights at Hinchley Wood. the Scilly Isles double roundabout
turn right (last exit) onto A307 (Portsmouth
Road) towards Kingston. The Old Cranleighan Club is 500
yards on the left, immediately after the long railway bridge and across the common (not visible from the road).
PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE COMMON ACCESS ROAD - THERE IS AMPLE PARKING INSIDE THE GROUND
By Rail:
From Surbiton station. 17 (fast train) or 23 minutes from Waterloo; 30
minute walk from the station to the OC Club. We suggest that you take a
taxi to the OC Club as there is a taxi rank here on the forecourt; it
is a short 5 minute ride.
From Thames Ditton Station. 27 minutes from Waterloo; 10 minute walk from the station to the OC Club by the short cut described! Come out of the station to the left (as you come from London/Surbiton). Turn left down Weston Green Road. Turn 3rd left into Longmead Road and then right into the sports ground. Walk across this first ground and past the pavilion, head for the ground beyond; the floodlights/grandstand and the second clubhouse is that of the OCRFC. If the gate to the first sports ground is closed walk past it, further up Longmead Road and take the footpath at the end on the right. This will give you access to the OC ground via the far corner away from the clubhouse.
From Hinchley Wood station. 28 minutes from Waterloo; 10 minute walk from the station to the OC Club. Come out of the station to the right (as you come from London/Surbiton) on the side away from the ticket office etc. Turn right when leaving the station down Eastmont Road. Turn right at the end into Couchmore Avenue. At the end turn right onto the Portsmouth Road, walk under the long railway arch and the OC Club ground is on the left across the common (not visible from the road).
From Esher station. 22/28 minutes from Waterloo; 15 minute walk from the station to the OC Club. Come out of the station to the left (as you come from London). Turn left out of the station onto Station Road. At the end turn left (away from Sandown Park) on the Portsmouth Road. Continue across the double Scilly Isles roundabout along the Portsmouth Road and under the long railway arch. The OC Club ground is on the left across the common (not visible from the road).
