These are the rules of rugby, correctly termed the Laws. They are framed and administered by the IRB in Dublin.
Surrey League Rules
These are the administrative rules for Surrey Reserve League competitions, which are all matches except 1st 15 matches. These are not the rules of play (or more correctly Laws), which are above.
